Below are the details of our cancellation policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Window:<\/strong> Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation date are eligible for a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Late Cancellations:<\/strong> Cancellations made 7\u201313 days before the reservation date receive a 50% refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Last-Minute Cancellations:<\/strong> Cancellations made less than 6 days before the reservation date are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Weather Conditions:<\/strong> If a trip is canceled due to adverse weather, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Request:<\/strong> All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to <button type=\"button\" data-url=\"https:\/\/mailto:info@rigavo.com\">info@rigavo.com<\/button>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We keep our cancellation policy clear and straightforward so our customers can plan with confidence.
